I'm Rachel, a parent navigator and mom who has lived through PANS with my own children. I review your child's records and talk through the whole picture with you, helping you identify gaps, organize priorities, and prepare questions for your practitioners.
Plan B uses a combination of leading AI models to help process and organize information. The Case Review adds my personal review and a conversation focused on your family.

What we work through together

- Questions or gaps in the records that may deserve a closer look.
- Priorities and next steps to discuss with your child's licensed practitioners.
- Which kinds of practitioners may be relevant to those questions.
The aim is a clearer, more organized picture. A review cannot guarantee a diagnosis, a cure, or improvement. Your licensed clinicians make medical decisions with you.
How to prepare

- Upload the records you have and complete your history in the Plan B app before we meet.
- Bring the questions that matter most to your family. If records are missing, tell me what's available.

What about later results? A Results & Plan follow-up is optional and costs $200 separately. The initial review does not commit you to another appointment.
