Plan Bfor PANS

Pricing · Non-profit

Start free. Add a person when you want one.

Your vault, your tracking, and your first synthesis are free. From there, two simple choices: work with Rachel when you want a real person on your kid’s case, and use Minta AI pay-as-you-go — you only ever cover your own usage. Built by Rachel Johnson (mom, researcher — not a doctor); every recommendation is a question to bring to your practitioner.

Plan B is a non-profit. We don’t make a cent on Minta — you pay only what your own usage costs. Working with Rachel is paid because a real review takes hours per family. Donations fund free syntheses for families who can’t pay, and the studies that keep Minta learning.

Who I am

I’m not a doctor. I’m a mom who’s been where you are.

Three PANS kids. Years of doctor visits across more specialists than I can count. Watching the gaps between practitioners get wider while my kids got sicker.

So I did the work. I read Yasko, Walsh, Buhner, Crista, Klinghardt, Lynch, Stewart, O’Hara, Frankovich, Murphy — every framework that touches PANS. I built the integration nobody was doing.

Plan B is what came out of that. My husband Adam builds the tech side. I do the integration — pulling your kid’s full picture into one document that shows what’s happening, what hasn’t been tried, and what to bring to which practitioner.

Plan B does not provide medical advice. Every recommendation is framed as a question to bring to your healthcare provider. I’m not your doctor. I’m the integrator your doctor doesn’t have time to be.

Honest answers

What you might be wondering.

What's free, and what's paid?

Free: your vault, symptom + behavior tracking, your first synthesis, and a taste of Minta. Paid: working with me directly — a $99 call (credited toward a Case Review), a $200 second synthesis built from your results, or the $400 Case Review concierge — plus Minta usage beyond the free taste. You only pay when you want a person or more from Minta.

What's the difference between the free synthesis and the $200 one?

The first synthesis is free and self-serve — it reads what you have now and tells you what to test. The $200 second synthesis is built once your real results come in, and I personally review every one before it reaches you. Nothing goes out without my own eyes on it. That human check is what makes a full plan safe to act on.

Why isn't Minta just free?

You get a free taste, then you cover your own usage. Minta runs on the most advanced AI in the world, trained specifically in PANS, and every message costs real money to run. Plan B is a non-profit — we don’t make a cent on it. So after the taste you pay only for your own usage via token packs ($20 / $50 / $100), with no subscription and no markup. Every answer stays saved in your vault.

Can I get a synthesis as my results come in?

Yes — results always arrive a few at a time, so you upload each one as it lands and Minta reacts right away. But a full plan — a protocol, sequence, or dosing — only comes from the human-reviewed synthesis, never from partial, unchecked data. That’s the safety line: the free/AI layer helps you understand; the $200 reviewed synthesis is where the actual plan lives.

Do you give medical advice?

No. Plan B does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Every recommendation in the synthesis is framed as a question to bring to your healthcare provider. I’m a parent navigator and integrator — not a licensed clinician. Always coordinate with your clinical team.

What if money is genuinely tight?

We hear you — PANS families have already spent fortunes. The app, your tracking, and your first synthesis are free, and Minta gives you a free taste. If working with me would help but the cost is out of reach, email info@planbforpans.com — we keep scholarship spots open, funded by donations. We’d rather help you than hold a price.

Is my data ever sold or shared?

No. We never sell or share your child’s record. Anonymized aggregate data may inform cross-family patterns (e.g., “families with similar profiles found X helpful”) — but individual records are yours alone. Full privacy policy at /privacy.

Start free today. Bring in a person when you’re ready.

Upload what you have and get your first synthesis free. When your results come in, I’ll build your child’s real plan from them — personally reviewed, doctor-ready.
