You can build that yourself, and plenty of parents do. The Case Review is where Rachel builds it for you, from everything. Your synthesis is written by AI; the Case Review is a person.

For families who have had a Case Review and want to keep going — new results to read, a flare that came out of nowhere, a decision you’re stuck on, or the next stage of the plan. Book an hour whenever you need one.
If this is your first time booking, you want the Case Review above, not this. An hour on the phone without Rachel having read the record first is the weak version of this. Once you have had a Case Review, the hour is yours to use however you like — all in one go, or in pieces across several short calls as questions come up.
If the money isn’t there, say so.
No form, no means test, no explaining yourself. Email Rachel and say a Case Review isn’t affordable right now and we will cover it. PANS families are financially wrecked by this illness — that is exactly what the donations are for, and nobody is going without because of a price on a page.
One more thing, so there are no surprises
Your synthesis and your tracking are free and are never metered. Minta is also free to start, and after that you cover only what your own usage costs us — no subscription, no markup, no auto-renew. Plan B is a non-profit and does not make a cent on this.

Who I am
Three PANS kids. Years of doctor visits across more specialists than I can count. Watching the gaps between practitioners get wider while my kids got sicker.
So I did the work. I read Yasko, Walsh, Buhner, Crista, Klinghardt, Lynch, Stewart, O’Hara, Frankovich, Murphy — every framework that touches PANS. I built the integration nobody was doing.
Plan B is what came out of that. My husband Adam builds the tech side. I do the integration — pulling your kid’s full picture into one document that shows what’s happening, what hasn’t been tried, and what to bring to which practitioner.
Plan B does not provide medical advice. Every recommendation is framed as a question to bring to your healthcare provider. I’m not your doctor. I’m the integrator your doctor doesn’t have time to be.
Honest answers
Free: your records, daily symptom and behavior tracking, your synthesis, and a taste of Minta. There is one paid thing — the $400 Case Review, which is me going through your child’s whole record with you. After you’ve had one, follow-up hours are $100. Minta usage beyond the free taste is paid as you go. You only pay when you want a person.
The synthesis is written by AI. It reads everything in your child’s file and tells you what it shows and what to test next, and I read every number in it myself before it reaches you. It is free, and for many families it is all they need. The Case Review is me — I go through the whole record personally, we work out what’s driving things and in what order to tackle them, I get every test ordered with the codes, and I write the letters to your child’s doctors. That’s the difference: one is a machine reading the file, the other is a person deciding what to do about it. Bring either to your licensed practitioner; neither can guarantee accuracy or health outcomes.
You get a free taste, then you cover your own usage. Plan B uses a combination of leading AI models alongside its PANS-focused knowledge library, and every message costs money to process. After the taste, you pay for your own usage via token packs ($20 / $50 / $100), with no subscription. What you pay covers what it costs to run, plus a little that keeps Plan B going. Every answer stays saved in your vault.
Yes — results always arrive a few at a time, so you upload each one as it lands and Minta reacts right away. But a full plan — a protocol, sequence, or dosing — only comes from the human-reviewed synthesis, never from partial, unchecked data. That’s the safety line: the AI layer helps you understand; the actual plan comes from a human-reviewed read of complete results.

No. We never sell or share your child’s record. Anonymized aggregate data may inform cross-family patterns (e.g., “families with similar profiles found X helpful”) — but individual records are yours alone. Full privacy policy at /privacy.
