Plan Bfor PANS

Pricing · Non-profit

One synthesis. One source of truth.

Plan B’s flagship service is the Synthesis — one integrated document showing what’s actually going on with your kid, what hasn’t been tried, and what to bring to which practitioner. Built by Rachel Johnson (mom, researcher — not a doctor). All recommendations framed as questions to bring to your practitioner.

Plan B is a non-profit. The Synthesis service is paid because integration takes hours per family. Paid tiers fund the work + free Vault access for families who can’t pay. Tax-deductible donations welcomed on top — reach out if you’d like to support a family or the mission.

Who I am

I’m not a doctor. I’m a mom who’s been where you are.

Three PANS kids. Years of doctor visits across more specialists than I can count. Watching the gaps between practitioners get wider while my kids got sicker.

So I did the work. I read Yasko, Walsh, Buhner, Crista, Klinghardt, Lynch, Stewart, O’Hara, Frankovich, Murphy — every framework that touches PANS. I built the integration nobody was doing.

Plan B is what came out of that. My husband Adam builds the tech side. I do the integration — pulling your kid’s full picture into one document that shows what’s happening, what hasn’t been tried, and what to bring to which practitioner.

Plan B does not provide medical advice. Every recommendation is framed as a question to bring to your healthcare provider. I’m not your doctor. I’m the integrator your doctor doesn’t have time to be.

Honest answers

What you might be wondering.

Why pay $397? You're not a doctor.

Right — I’m not. I’m a mom who’s spent years integrating Yasko + Walsh + Buhner + Crista + Klinghardt + every framework that touches PANS. A single Plan B synthesis is more comprehensive than most $400–800 integrative practitioner consultations. The price reflects the depth of integration — 4–6 hours per synthesis with your full record.

What's actually in the synthesis?

A single PDF document that pulls every lab, symptom log, prior treatment, and practitioner letter into one integrated picture. It shows: what’s actually going on (drivers), what hasn’t been tried (gaps), what to bring to which practitioner (actionable next steps). Every recommendation is anchored in a named published framework — never a vague suggestion.

What about ongoing questions?

Continuous ($49/mo) gives you unlimited Minta access — ask questions any time. Synthesis includes 30 days of Minta access. Active treatment phases benefit from both: the synthesis for the integrated picture, Continuous for the day-to-day questions during ramps + flares.

What if my situation changes?

$97 additional synthesis. Labs change, symptoms shift, new practitioners enter the picture — a refresh re-integrates everything new with what we already have. Most families need a refresh every 3–6 months in active treatment.

Do you give medical advice?

No. Plan B does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Every recommendation in the synthesis is framed as a question to bring to your healthcare provider. I’m a parent navigator and integrator — not a licensed clinician. Always coordinate with your clinical team.

Why don't you offer free Minta?

Real cost. Every Minta query uses Claude (Anthropic) at our cost. We’re not enterprise-funded yet, so we can’t subsidize unlimited free use. The 3 questions/month free tier exists so you can sample what Minta does. Beyond that, $49/mo covers our actual AI costs + leaves margin to keep the lights on.

Can I afford this if I'm in active treatment hell?

We hear you. PANS families have already spent fortunes. If $397 is genuinely out of reach, email info@planbforpans.com — we keep scholarship spots open. We’d rather help you than hold the price.

Is my data ever sold or shared?

No. We never sell or share your child’s record. Anonymized aggregate data may inform cross-family patterns (e.g., “families with similar profiles found X helpful”) — but individual records are yours alone. Full privacy policy at /privacy.

Your kid’s full picture. In your hands in 7 days.

Book a Synthesis. Upload what you have. I do the integration. You get one document that changes the conversation with every practitioner you see next.
